Lombard Exteriors is celebrating one year of service to two high profile self-storage companies: Life Storage and CubeSmart. Both contracts were inked in February 2019, and between them tap into Lombard’s breadth and depth of capabilities. CubeSmart is a national developer, owner and operator of 1,000 self-storage facilities, serving residential and commercial customers. Life Storage manages 850 facilities in 29 states.
Lombard serves CubeSmart facilities in California and the Midwest, Northeast and East-South-Central regions. Its' work for Life Storage centers in Florida, home to 115 of that company’s facilities. Lombard supports both companies’ operational sustainability and efficiency goals. Typical facilities management responsibilities for both companies include Paint and complete parking lot replacement. In addition, Lombard has and will continue to provide emergency services, as needed.
As an example, CubeSmart recently awarded Lombard Exteriors an exclusive contract for snow removal in six states (IL, KY, MI, OH, PA and WI). Much of this snow removal will likely be routine. However, it’s possible that at least some CubeSmart locations will experience severe weather events. These could require disaster mitigation level support. Lombard is well prepared, offering federal level disaster response experience.
