The property in Salem, Massachusetts had not been painted since it was built in 2004. A majority of the exterior paint
exhibited discoloration and staining. The property required complete re-painting to maintain the high quality PS
imaging standards. Every exterior surface was re-painted in accordance with the most current paint specifications
(Sherwin Williams paint). Moreover, a majority of the window-shaped concrete exterior surface or cmu (concrete
masonry unit) was re-constructed in order to provide an outstanding finish, and enhance this building's curb appeal.
