Lombard completed a sealcoat service at a 174,000 square foot facility in Laurel, MD. The project involved a great deal of coordination with CubeSmart management and daily customer flow. In order to assist CubeSmart in avoiding a complete shutdown of the facility while the sealcoating process took place, the work was performed in three stages with two week intervals to accommodate customers and CubeSmart operations.
