Lombard Extends Into Maine With Parking Lot Project for O’Reilly Autoparts

Lombard Exteriors is pleased to welcome O’Reilly Auto Parts as its newest national facility management client.  The relationship was formalized in June, when O’Reilly Auto Parts contracted Lombard for its inaugural project. The project itself is historic for Lombard, as it expands the company’s New England presence into Maine.

Areaya Abebe, Lombard’s CEO, said: “We could not be more excited to forge this relationship with O’Reilly Auto Parts. It’s a privilege to be associated with the largest auto parts chain in the country.  Our goal is to build their trust that we can service multiple facility management needs simultaneously. This is the model we have set with our other high profile retail clients CubeSmart, Guardian Life and Public Storage.”

O’Reilly Auto Parts strives to be the dominant provider in all its markets. As of 2019, the company serves customers in all 50 states through 5,219 retail and distribution center locations.

A spokesperson at O’Reilly commented, “O’Reilly Auto Parts looks for business partners who can support our busy Real Estate Department. They must perform to the same high standards we uphold for our own customers, installers and jobbers. We also like to work with companies with the capability and the agility to grow with us. Lombard Exteriors has an excellent reputation serving big name retail chains with needs similar to ours. We see a bright future together.”

Lombard Exteriors is expanding rapidly. It currently works in a total of 20 East Coast and Midwest states:

AL, DE, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, TN, VA and Washington, DC.
